There  are many promises in the Bible to those who choose to love & serve Him!  Like this:    “Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.”  Isaiah 41:10  KJV  With Jesus, never alone!   Matthew 28:20

   Remember the story of Jonah & the whale?  God gave Jonah a responsibility & Jonah ran, caught a boat to sea & took a nap!  A terrible storm came & threatened all their lives.  The ship master woke Jonah yelling, “O sleeper?  Arise!”  What about you?     Are you basically sleeping through the storms of life?  Are you aware of the needs of those around you?  Turn off the TV & computer & look around!  You can make a difference in someone’s life today!  Jesus will help you, if you ask!

And this is the condemnation, that light is come into the world, and men loved darkness rather than light, because their deeds were evil.”  Jesus is the light!    Why did this happen to me?  There are times in all our lives when we cry out, “Why?” We live in a world torn between good & evil.  No one is exempt from evil’s touch.  Whatever you face, with God, you don’t stand alone!  The Bible says: “There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able, but will with the temptation also make a way to escape that ye may be able to bear it.” & “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.”
