   Ever read about the “highlights” of someone’s life?  What are the “highlights” in your life?  What do your thoughts center on the most?  The Bible is full of life stories of folks who had “high places” in their lives & what it cost those around them!    One king was so into the “high places” that he even sacrificed his own children!
     Take a look at your activities & thought life. What sits in the high place of your heart?  What are you sacrificing?
    Focus on what’s really important!

SEEKING PEACE...
I hope this little card encourages you today!
   Ever felt like someone close to you was trying to destroy you?  Sucking the life & joy right out of you?  Jesus knows how it feels to be kissed by His betrayer, to have someone he loved hurt him deeply, and yet he didn’t forsake his mission here. Don’t give up!
   Jesus rose to new life & hope, so can you!  The Bible describes Him as the Prince of Peace and he said this to his disciples: “Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you.  Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”  John 14:27 KJV   The world’s peace is just when things are going good...God’s peace gives strength through pain, betrayal & hard times.  Seek Him!   TinyPursesWithAPurpose.com   ✞  Pass it on!

Almost Finished & Encouragement!

I received this encouraging note this morning from a dear friend in Canada:


   "I wanted to tell you that Tiny Purses with a Purpose
is now in Chilliwack, British Columbia, and my sister
Nettie and I met a lady on the plane, who as Nettie
spoke her,  needed a word of encouragement and
I gave her one of your precious cards.    Also
a man in the mall, as I spoke with him, needed
a word and he too received a card.    I'm loving it!
   I discovered waiting rooms at hospitals are
a good place to share a card.    While I was waiting
for Ron, I gave a card to a girl who was going for
day surgery.     She was touched by the Word!!
So my dear, what a very special ministry you
have begun and only eternity will reveal the long
term effects on these lives."

  I am grateful for this encouraging report & ask for prayers to continue this ministry!  MOST OF ALL I pray that each of you will "spread the Word of God" with these cards and in any other way that God leads you!   You make it happen, as you obey JESUS and "go into the world" with the good news!   As the song we sang in High School Choir says:
Spread a little love around,
Share it with the one who's down.
Live is full of joy and happiness,
When you find the Savior's love....

Someone may be looking today...help them see Jesus in you!!!

    My sewing room & office are almost ready to work again!  Just a few more boxes.  Two months of extensive remodeling nearing completion!
