      Ever been in a situation where you feel you need to prove yourself?  Pressure to fit in, be a part of a certain group or club?  Well, the devil tried to tempt Jesus to prove He was the Son of God!  Jesus didn’t give in.  He said, “It is written, that man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word of God.”
  Jesus didn’t need to prove His identity or worth to anyone!  Neither do you! He didn’t want the power the devil offered.  If you have accepted Jesus as Savior, you are a child of God!  Focus on His Words & promises in the Bible, and trust Him! Jesus said: “He that is of God heareth God’s words...”    Luke 4:4 & John 8:47a KJV
